




Jemma Nicoll
Director
Jemma has trained in the areas of Classical Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, and Modern Expressive dance for the past seventeen years. She holds a Certificate IV in Dance Teaching & Management through Australian Dance Vision. Jemma has had extensive performance experience throughout her training, particularly as a NSW representative in the State Dance Company in 2006, as well as collaborative work with Project Dance (New York City), CDFA (Christian Dance Fellowship of Australia), Living Dance International, and Remnant Dance Company (Perth, Aus). She is a passionate choreographer; her Contemporary work “Tsunami” received a perfect score in the 2008 HSC, as well as a grand finalist position in NSW’s choreography contest Fast and Fresh.
Jemma is the Sydney-based performance reviewer for Dancehub’s national publication, Dance Ed Magazine. As a teacher, choreographer, speaker, and writer, she loves sharing her knowledge with young artists, and encouraging her students in their talent, creativity and love for the Arts.
Robyn Masters
A dancer of 14 years, Robyn is trained in Classical Ballet, Contemporary and Jazz styles. She represented NSW in the State Dance Ensemble in 2008, and has had extensive performance experience in musicals, the School Spectacular, Rock Eisteddfod Challenge and a European dance tour with Woolooware High School. She achieved in the top 10% of the state in HSC Dance, as well as achieving Distinction in all RAD Classical Ballet examinations up to and including Advanced 2.
She is currently completing a double degree, BA (Dance) and BA (Dance Education) at the University of New South Wales. Inspire students love the fun, passion and enthusiasm that Robyn brings to her classes.






Pat began dancing at the age of 7, and is trained in Hip Hop, Jazz, Ballet and Tap. He spent two years touring with the Australian production of Billy Elliot, where he was cast in multiple speaking and dancing roles. Pat has extensive performance experience including the Easter Show, various pantomimes and competitions, as well as a short film that received a placing at the Tropfest festival.
He is a passionate, dedicated and talented dancer and teacher. We know boys will love their Hip Hop lessons with Pat!

Kei Ishii
Jaala Kinmond
Inspire welcomes Jaala to the team in 2013. Jaala began her drama studies in early primary school, and hasn’t looked back! She competed in drama eisteddfods and contests throughout her schooling, and was a high-achiever in 2011 HSC Drama. She has worked closely with the Creative Arts department at St George Christian School and her local church in co-directing productions, skits and music videos. Jaala is currently studying a Bachelor of Arts and Education at the University of New South Wales, majoring in Drama. She looks forward to completing her degree and becoming a qualified drama teacher in NSW schools. Jaala loves working with kids, and is a fun, encouraging role model for Inspire students growing in their confidence and skill at this artform.
A successful graduate of the prestigious Ev&Bow Full-Time Dance Training Centre, Kei is a seasoned performer and exceptional teacher who has trained under and choreographed alongside this country's most respected industry professionals. His performance credits include the Australian Dance Festival, Carnival 2011, Melbourne Fringe Festival, Short & Sweet Dance (Melbourne), Dance Cancer Initiative, Industry 2012. Kei has been assistant choreographer to Sarah Boulter for a number of projects; his outstanding choreography awarding him a finalist position in the Fast & Fresh Dance Festival 2012. He was also a featured dancer in the 2012 season of 'Shadows', by Australian Contemporary dance company Twisted Elements. Kei has taught in studios across Sydney, with students loving his fresh, unique style.












Maddie Peat
Also a graduate of Ev&Bow Full Time Dance Training Centre, Maddie began dancing at the tender age of two; her training also including Newtown Performing Arts and McDonald College. Through her extensive training, performance and auditioning experience, Maddie has a wealth of knowledge to pass onto students regarding all aspects of Classical technique. Some of her successes include:
- A three month scholarship at the Houston Ballet School.
- Winner of Australian Dancer of the Year and Australian Dance Idol
- Associate of the Australian Ballet School’s Junior Interstate Program.
- A finalist in the Australian Inter-National Classical Dance Awards (Adelaide)
- Featured dancer of Ev&Bow Dance Company on Australia’s Got Talent (2012).
